Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for new moms and their babies. The classes are comprised of a warm-up and a 50-minute power walk, with stops for body toning using the stroller, the outdoors and exercise tubing. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and occupy baby while mom gets her workout. It also includes weekly organized playgroups, monthly Mom's Night Out and quarterly Moms with a Mission 'give back' to the community events. Give Stroller Strides a try!
