Get ready for the ultimate UVSA 2025 Tết Festival, the largest Vietnamese New Year Festival in the nation – don’t miss out! This year, the UVSA Tết Festival theme is “Thành Phố Hoa”, or “The City of Flowers”, to honor the efforts of the Vietnamese community in building a home abroad. UVSA is thrilled to welcome back over 50,000 guests to celebrate the Year of the Snake, as well as to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Black April, otherwise known as the Fall of Saigon. 126th Annual Golden Dragon Parade - Los Angeles
Each year, the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles hosts the Annual Golden Dragon Parade. With over a hundred thousand spectators and thousands more viewing the telecast on main stream TV such as NBC4, ABC7, and many online broadcast channels, this colorful celebration along North Broadway in Chinatown has become the premiere cultural event in the Southern California Asian-American Community.

The Lantern Festival, which can be traced back 2,000 years, takes place 15 days after the Lunar New Year—on the first full moon night in the lunar calendar—and marks the return of spring, representing the reunion of family. The act of lighting and appreciating lanterns is a way for people to let go of the burdens of their old selves and express their best wishes for themselves and their families for the future.
