My boys LOVE cupcakes and what better time to whip up a batch of these delicious treats than Valentine's Day. This Valentine's Day I am making red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. I have a super cute way to serve up these cupcakes and it's quick and easy!
Make cupcakes, any cupcakes.
Arrange the cupcakes into a heart.
Then, use a piping bag to outline your heart with the frosting. You can make a piping bag using a quart-size plastic storage bag you have on hand. Click here for a video that shows you how to make a piping bag.
Next, fill in the heart with the remainder of your frosting. Spread the icing with an icing knife to smooth it out.
