The Natural History Museum invites you to wander through the whimsically transformed Nature Gardens for a night of spooky fun for guests of all ages! Ghost Walk (Riverside) California Riverside Ballet is thrilled to be back in Riverside for the 33rd annual Ghost Walk this October. Join them for an unforgettable evening of family-friendly fun at Ghost Walk Riverside -Nevermore! As the sun sets and the shadows lengthen, immerse yourself in gothic elegance mixed with the macabre writings of Edgar Allan Poe. Encounter live performances filled with iconic scenes from Poe’s works and the delightfully morbid humor of the Adams’ favorite daughter, Wednesday.
Two Ways to Enjoy Ghost Walk Riverside in 2024: Make a Tour Reservation – tour reservations include park admittance and a tour outside the park at the time on your ticket to the event. Tours will visit four story stops outside of White Park and all guests will have access to the many attractions inside the park. Tickets $20

Knott's Spooky Farm -(Buena Park) Enjoy the Halloween season at Knott’s Spooky Farm, a family-friendly daytime celebration. Little ghouls can trick-or-treat around the town of Calico’s shops and buildings to collect sweet treats, plus enjoy even more kids' Halloween activities. Families can join in on the Halloween fun as the park is transformed with themed décor and spooky surprises. Carved at Descanso Gardens (La Cañada Flintridge) Spooky season returns to Descanso Gardens. Carved is a family-friendly event for all ages. Hundreds of carved pumpkins will line a 1-mile walk through the Camellia Forest and Oak Grove for three weeks in October. Along with pumpkins, there will be exciting oversized sculptures made of sticks and other natural materials. The famous Pumpkin House, a hay maze, and themed food and beverages will all help to create a fun harvest festival ambiance. **Advance tickets required Event runs through October 30
Pumpkin Palooza Festival at Discovery Cube - (Santa Ana) This October, Discovery Cube Orange County invites all witches, wizards, ghosts, and goblins to join in the spellbinding fun of Pumpkin Palooza presented by OC Waste & Recycling. From Friday, October 4 to Sunday, October 27, immerse yourself in two floors of thrilling activities, special party night festivities, and spooky science that’s perfect for all ages! This year we are adding a spooktacular twist with Pumpkin Palooza Party Nights during select dates, where the fun continues after dark with an electrifying nighttime version of our dance party and festival! Tom's Farms Haunted Train Ride & Pumpkin Patch - (Corona) Join Tom's Farms and explore their haunted grounds from 7 pm to 9:30 pm! Haunts run from Friday to Sunday in October. Get Air Halloween Toddlerween (Pomona) Bring your little ones to Get Air Trampoline Park for a Toddlerween celebration on October 27 from 8 to 10 AM and October 29 and 31 from 10 AM to Noon! BOO at the Santa Ana Zoo -(Santa Ana) Boo at the Zoo is one of the safest places for young children to trick-or-treat for Halloween taking home goodies from 10 toys/treats stations. It’s a “Merry not Scary” family fun event, and everyone (young and young at heart) is encouraged to come in costume! The exciting “Boofari” Express Train, Conservation Carrousel, and Fifty Monkey Ferris Wheel rides will entertain little ghouls and goblins all night. Parents, don’t forget your cameras! Boo at the L.A. Zoo- (Los Angeles) Two weekends of sweet-and-spooky fun! Free with paid Zoo admission or GLAZA membership. The Halloween spirit will be in full swing for two frightfully fun weekends at the L.A. Zoo, with trick-or-treating stations featuring premium Mars candies, animal pumpkin feedings, themed photo ops, story readings, and an extinct animal graveyard. Costumes are encouraged. Brick or Treat at Legoland- (San Diego) Legoland's Halloween event is better this year! The Brick-or-Treat Monster Party transforms the Resort into a fun-filled Halloween escape with tons of candy, not-so-scary new shows, and silly monster LEGO characters.
