Every year for Valentine's Day, our family makes this SWEET and adorable drink for dessert. In fact, this became a classroom tradition every year at my son's elementary school as the kids would request it for every Valentine's Day Party. 💗 It's super easy to make and a fun way to spread the LOVE this Valentine's Day.
What you need
Clear Serving Glass
Ice Cream Scoop
Pink or Red Straws
Sherbet (Raspberry brings the color)
Ginger Ale (Raspberry adds to the color but any kind will do)
Whipped Cream
Sprinkles (optional)
Heart Cut-Outs (optional)
- Scoops the sherbet to fill each of your serving glasses, just below the top.
- Pour the ginger ale over the sherbet until the bubbles reach the top of the glass.
- Add a swirl of whipped topping on top and decorate with sprinkles.
- If you want to add some Valentine's flare stick a heart cut-out or sticker to the straw.
