National Night Out Events in Claremont, Upland, La Verne and More

National Night Out 2024 is Tuesday, August 6

July 21, 2024

National Night Out is an annual event started in 1984 to promote neighborhood camaraderie and police-community partnerships. Since then, millions of people in 16,000 communities have participated in National Night Out events such as block parties, festivals, parades, cookouts, and other community events.

This year, National Night Out takes place in Upland, Claremont & La Verne on Tuesday, August 6

One of the significant highlights of National Night Out is the participation of local law enforcement agencies. Officers and other first responders join the celebrations, actively engaging with residents in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. This interaction helps to bridge the gap between law enforcement and the communities they serve, creating a mutual understanding and appreciation of each other's roles and challenges.
