Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and the City of La Verne is spreading love and joy with a heartwarming event designed specifically for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Mark your calendars for the Sweethearts Dance on Friday, February 14, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, hosted at the La Verne Community Center (3680 D Street, La Verne).
This evening promises music, dancing, refreshments, and themed decorations, creating a festive and inclusive environment for participants ages 13 and up. It’s the perfect opportunity for guests to enjoy a memorable night of fun and connection with peers.

Pre-sale tickets are available now at the Community Services Office located in City Hall (3660 D Street). Parents and guardians are welcome to attend but do not need to purchase tickets.
Please note that space is limited, and pre-registration is highly encouraged to secure your spot. All participants must complete an activity form, signed by either the participant or a legal guardian, before the event.
