Why should the kids get all the glory?
Upland’s 4th Annual Egg-Streme Egg Hunt for Adults is hopping back into Greenbelt Park on Saturday, March 28, and if you have never experienced it, let me tell you, it is the fastest five seconds of fun you will ever have.
Yes, the actual egg hunt goes by in a flash. And yes, you will be laughing the entire time.
I have gone every year, and it is hands down one of the most unexpectedly fun adult nights out in Upland. Everyone shows up ready to have a good time, the energy is high, and there is something hilarious about watching hundreds of adults sprinting through the dark with flashlights and baskets.
The Evening Starts at 6:00 p.m.
Gates open at 6:00 p.m. at Greenbelt Park, giving you plenty of time to grab dinner, a drink, and hang out before the main event.
You can:
- Enjoy tasty treats from on-site food vendors
- Grab a cold beer in the beer garden hosted by Upland Rotary
- Listen to upbeat music
- Jump into some competitive games
- Snap a photo with the Recreation & Community Services bunny and photo booth
It really feels like a grown-up spring festival with your friends.
The Main Event: 8:00 p.m.
At 8:00 p.m., it is game time.
Bring a flashlight and a basket or bag because more than 10,000 eggs will be scattered across the park. Inside you will find candy, raffle tickets, and “Instant Win” prizes donated by local businesses.
And when I say it goes fast, I mean FAST. Blink and it is over. But it is such a rush and so much fun.
After the hunt, be sure to recycle your plastic eggs on-site for a chance to win additional prizes.
