Kick off your Fourth of July with one of Claremont's favorite holiday traditions! Hosted by the Claremont Sunrise Rotary and the Claremont Cross Country Program, the Claremont Freedom 5K features a family-friendly 5K Run/Walk and a 1K Kids Fun Run for participants of all ages and ability levels. Stick around afterward to enjoy the city's Independence Day festival and parade
1K Kids Fun Run: 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM
5K Run/Walk: 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM

🏃 Choose between the 1K Kids Fun Run or the scenic 5K Run/Walk through Claremont's beautiful neighborhoods.
👕 All registered participants receive a commemorative 2026 Freedom 5K race shirt (register early for the best size selection).
🏅 Medals are awarded to the top three finishers in each gender category.
💧 The 5K course includes two aid stations with water and portable restrooms.
🎆 After crossing the finish line, stay for Claremont's Fourth of July Festival and Parade, which begin later that morning at Memorial Park.
